Rampley's pocket square is a faithful reproduction of a silk handkerchief made to commemorate the coronation of Queen Victoria in Westminster Abbey and shows the enduring affection for the Queen. The inscription reads: 'LONG LIVE VICTORIA QUEEN OF ENGLAND' 'CORONATION OF HER MOST GRACIOUS MAJESTY QUEEN VICTORIA JUNE 1838’
The wonderful thing about printed paintings on pocket squares is that they can produce a number of different effects depending on how they are folded and creates a great topic for conversation once pulled out of the breast pocket.
