The raglan coat is most often seen in more casual fabrics due to its soft construction and generous fit, often in houndstooth, prince of wales checks, or solid earthy tones. But made in a solid plain navy, beige or even black cloth this coat turns out as a very versatile casual business coat.
This raglan cotton coats are exclusively made in fabrics from reknown British mill Brisbane Moss who's specialized in offering world class cotton since 1858.
We have focused on two types of 100% cotton in this collection, the 215gsm cotton and the 290gsm cotton. Both weights are the perfect fit for spring and autumn but the heavier one (290gsm) comes with a better drape and crease resistance than the lighter 215gsm fabric that will give you a nice soft casual look. Both fabric weights are made without any finishing or water resistant functions or what so ever, this is just pure good cotton that will age beautiful with it´s wearer.

The raglan coat is a very comfortable coat meant for a casual feel and look. Don´t be afraid to choose a size that sounds too big for you as its purpose. We recommend that you choose your regular size for jackets, for example, if your a size EU 50 choose size 50. You will need it for shoulder with and neck circumference.
Length of body and sleeve. The body is measured from the neck down to the hem of the coat to your preferred length. The sleeve is measured from the side neck over the shoulder to preferred length of sleeve. Please see pictures in the customize section when you reach that point. The body length and sleeve length is easiest measured together with an old coat.
Measure policy - The measurements taken and specified by customers for MTO/MTM garments are always the customers responsibility and The Bespoke Shop can not be liable for those measurements correctness. There is always a risk that the customer's stated measurements will differ slightly towards the end result, in that case we will stand for costs at a alteration tailor after contacting us and describing with text and pictures. The Bespoke Shop thus requires a certain acceptance for minor deviations between the customer's ordered measurements and the products end result with +/- 0,5 cm for lengths and +/- 1 cm for widths.
In all of our MTO / MTM garments fabric is ordered to the tailors from the different mills and sewn from scratch which makes the approximate delivery time under normal conditions +/- 6 weeks.
We reserve the right that it may take longer in the event that fabric is temporarily out of stock or similar cases, shipment issus, incase of health issue or any force majeure related activities. If so you will be informed by us during the process.
